So, yesterday I was playing around with my E.L.F 100 piece eyeshadow palette and started trying out some of the blues. Now, I am not a blue person, but I thought that I'd give the shadows a chance. Boy, am I surprised! The shadows turned out to be very pigmented, and had a beautiful shimmery sheen.
I was really blown away at the quality of the shadows  for the price. It is $10 for 100 colors! At someplace like Mac, Illamasqua, Bare Minerals, etc. I have paid around $20 for just 2 shades. I feel that E.L.F really can compete with high end brands.
